MARINER BAY APARTMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THE FOLLOWING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on the date of your arrival. If arriving later than 5.00 pm please contact our office, prior to arrival, to organise check-in. Check-out is strictly by 10.00 am on the date of departure - late check out fees ($75 per hour or part thereof) will be charged.
Payment and Key/Security Deposit
Full payment or balance of account is payable on arrival by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard) or cash. A cheque will not be accepted for the balance of payment. In addition a "key/security deposit" by way of a signed credit card imprint is also required upon arrival. If not a credit card then a $300.00 cash bond will be held.
No Smoking Policy
All apartments are SMOKE FREE. It is permitted on your outdoor balcony/patio. In the event that smoking is detected in an apartment a minimum $300 fee will apply.
Cleaning and Removal of Rubbish
All apartments are fully self-contained and are required to be left in a neat, clean and tidy condition. Please ensure all dishes, pots and cooking utensils are washed thoroughly, dried and stored in cupboards. All rubbish needs to be removed. Bins are located in the downstairs garages. NB: “An additional cleaning fee( minimum $100 ) will be charged if considered necessary”
Noise* and Visiting Guests
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests please ensure that noise and/or music levels are kept to a resonable level at all times. The number of Non paying guests/invitees is limited to 2 per unit and they must leave before 10pm. Parties of any discription are not permitted.
We reserve the right to expel and guest/invitee that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise and behaviour or causes damage to the apartment of building. No refund of and tariff paid will be provided.
*Definition of Noise: If other people can hear your music, TV, and or voices outside your Apartment after 10pm, then it is noise.
Complimentary Starter Pack
A complimentary starter pack has been provided for your convenience on arrival. This includes tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing powder and liquid, toilet paper etc. These items will not be replaced during your stay. If you would like to purchase any further supplies please enquire at the office.
Breakages and Damages
Any breakages, damage to apartment or lost keys ($50 per key) must be paid for by the tenant. Please report any breakages or appliance failures to the office.
Cancellation Policy for all bookings made 365 days or more in advance
For all bookings made 365 days or more in advance there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required.
Cancellation Policy for all bookings made under 365 days in advance
A cancellation fee of $300 applies to all cancellations. Additionally the balance of deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival except for bookings that fall into the Easter period or the NSW Christmas school holiday period where 60 days notice of cancellation is required. No refund will be made for any early departure.
Security/Call Out Charges
In the event that you require us to open your apartment or security safe " out of normal office hours" a fee of $100 will apply.
We advise that you should take care to lock and secure your apartment and valuables at all times. We do not take any responsibility for personal items lost or stolen - please use the room safe provided.
